1. Service Agreement

• All relocation services, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking, will be provided as per the mutually agreed quotation and service plan.
• Services will commence only after confirmation of booking and payment of the advance amount (if applicable).

2. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding goods, addresses, and special handling requirements.
• Fragile or valuable items must be declared in advance for safe handling.
• Customers are responsible for securing important documents, jewelry, and cash, as we do not take responsibility for such items.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the quotation shared at the time of booking.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• Any additional services requested during the move will be charged separately.

4. Liability and Damages

• We take utmost care in handling goods. However, Bhartiya Cargo Packers and Movers is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Customers are advised to opt for Transit Insurance to cover potential risks during transportation.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
• Cancellation charges may apply if services have already been arranged.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and prior confirmation.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, or items restricted under law.

7. Third-Party Services

In some cases, third-party vendors (such as insurance providers or transport partners) may assist with services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the latest terms.
